Mahathi College is a brain child of prof. G.L.N. Raju and several other Professionals from
academic field and Industrial sector. Prof. Raju is an Internationally recognized personally
and lived in the United states for more than two decades. He worked for several MNCs
such as Fairchild, ROHR Aerospace and involved in the production of Boeing , Airbus,
McDonnel Douglas Aircrafts and spares for C130 & A10 Military jets. He also worked as
adjacent profession at the University of West Florida, USA between 1990-1994.After returning to India in 1996, he started MAHATHI institutions as Founder
Chairman and Maharaja Engineering College (MVGR) in Vizianagaram in 1997 as Founder
Director and Founder Member of its governing body. Both institutions have achieved
University Gold Medals under the Guidance of Prof. Raju
